HWN is managed by a team of volunteers who are all busy professional women. Because of how big and vibrant this community is, it takes a lot of energy to manage! We have hired a full-time administrator who approves new members, moderates posts, helps develop new topic areas for discussion and supports us as an administration team. If you value the community of women aid workers we have created, and you are able to, consider contributing!
